The conference will have as official languages both English and Spanish. Plenary sessions will have simultaneous translation
Entering Chile
Citizens from Argentina, Brazil, Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador, Paraguay, Perú and Uruguay can enter Chile with their National Identity Card. Citizens from other countries need a valid passport to enter.

Valdivia is a rainy city so it is recommended to bring umbrellas and clothes for rain
Arriving in Santiago from another country
At the airport, you can use baggage carts for free. It is useful to change money at the airport because people won’t normally accept dollars as payment and during the weekend the banks and official changing houses are closed.
- Transfer to the city center:
The trip from the airport to the city center takes 30 minutes.
There is a transfer service and taxi; Airport Pichoy - Valdivia Centro. The value of the transfer is approx. $ 6,000 chilean pesos (USD $ 10). The value of the Taxi is approx. $ 25,000 chilean pesos (USD $ 45). The transfers leave you at the final destination, as long as it is Valdivia.
